Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Non-refundable Fees

  • All fees related to the consultation, application, and processing of ETAs are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the relevant government authority.
  • Government fees, taxes, or any third-party charges incurred during the application process are non-refundable.

 

3.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If an error occurred on our part that prevents the application from being submitted.
  • If the service was not initiated due to technical issues on our end.

 

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

1.Submit your request within 7 calendar days of the service purchase.

2.Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request, along with any supporting documentation (e.g., proof of payment, order number).

5. Review and Processing Time

  • Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
  • Refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are submitted outside the specified timeframe will not be considered.

We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, we do not mediate the process and we do not submit applications on behalf of clients. Our service consists of verifying the information provided, identifying possible errors or omissions and guiding clients to correctly complete their application on the official website of the UK government (gov.uk). The ETA fee is USD 12.90, paid directly to the government, and our assistance fee is USD 47. We offer 24/7 customer support in your language to clarify any questions and ensure that your application is free of errors that may cause delays or refusals.
